The brand that I have selected to do is Anastasia Beverly Hills. They are a very high-end makeup brand that many makeup lovers are into. They are known for their eyebrow products. They are the eyebrow revolution that made eyebrow a big deal and a trend. They have expanded their products from eyeshadow palettes, matte lipstick, lipstick, highlight palettes, and foundations. 

Today, Anastasia put a story on their Instagram of their new matte lipstick. They have three different types of skin from fair, medium, and dark. The dark tone skin has different lipstick colors than the fair and medium skin tone. Many of the followers have sent them direct messages and comments about their story.  It came to their attention and apologizes for their wrongdoing. They will fix it as soon as possible. They did not delete their mistake. They have left it for 24 hours.

There was also comment from a customer of how she was disappointed because she has brought a product from them. The customer did not receive a confirmation email and have not received her product that she had ordered. Anastasia comments below the customer's comment and sent the customer to the customer service. 

Through YouTube, the reviews that people were giving their honest opinions and how to use their new palettes. According to Allure, their palette came out on July 25th, 2017. Many people have purchased this item which they were very disappointing and some were very happy with their purchase. A few days ago, they just came out with new colors for their lipstick collection and a palette called "Prism."

The aspects of marketing are the people who use their products, and they will repost people who use their items to their pages. Every new product that they come out with, they would give it too highly known in the beauty community. Anastasia uses the words to mouth and spread far in the beauty community. 

The challenges that Anastasia may have is if the product is not good as people excepted to be. It turns out to be something worse than the customer excepted to be. They trusted their product for highly pigmented makeup. If the eyeshadows have a lot of fall put which a lot of product is coming out. It will cause problems to the customer would not know to trust any other product. They have received a bad product in their hands.

If I was the brand manager, I will ask my customer questions about the product and to make it better. I will also make surveys and through the comments even if it was two days ago. I will also try to find a solution. I will also give appreciation to my followers. I would also delete their story post of their mistake.
